Shipping Gap Audit

Find shipping gaps before customers see “no rates available”.

What it checks

Each finding links to the right page in your Shopify admin. You can dismiss findings you have decided to keep.

Market-driven shipping

Shopify is moving every store to market-driven shipping between October 2026 and July 2027. Shopify aims to keep your rates the same. Shipping Gap Audit keeps a snapshot of your rates before the move so you can verify them afterwards (Plus plan), and keeps watching coverage as you add products.

Read-only by design

The app asks for read access to shipping, markets and products only. It never changes your settings and reads no customer or order data. Details: privacy policy, DPA.

Plans

PlanPriceIncludes
Free$0Manual audit of up to 250 variants, all checks

Billed by Shopify. Very large catalogs (more than 4,000 variants) are currently checked in part; the app tells you when that happens.

Help

Why do customers see “Shipping not available”?

The most common causes are a country missing from a profile's zones, a gap between weight or price tiers, and products in a profile that has no rate for the customer's country. These are exactly what the audit lists.

Why does a product with no weight matter?

With weight-based rates, a product at 0 kg always falls into the lowest tier, so heavy orders can be undercharged.

Does uninstalling delete my data?

Yes. Access is revoked at once and everything the app stored for your store is erased when Shopify sends its deletion request, 48 hours after uninstall.
