Gapscout · Shipping guides
Why aren't all my shipping zones appearing at checkout?
Checkout never shows a zone as such. It shows the rates of the zone that matches the customer's address, for the products in their cart. A zone you set up can stay invisible for three reasons.
1. The zone is in a different profile from the products
Zones live inside shipping profiles, and each product belongs to one profile. A zone in your general profile does nothing for a product that sits in a custom profile. Open Settings > Shipping and delivery and check which profile each product is in, then which zones that profile has.
2. The address matches a different zone
A country (or region) can only be in one zone per profile. If you added the country to a new zone, check it wasn't left in an older one with different rates, and that the regions you meant were included.
3. The zone's rates don't fit the cart
A zone with only conditional rates (by weight or price) shows nothing for a cart outside those conditions. Add an open-ended band, or a fallback rate.
4. Under market-driven shipping
If your store has opted in, rates belong to markets. A product only gets a rate in a market if that rate includes it. Compare the market's rates with the products in the cart.

Gapscout is a read-only app. It lists the products that no zone or rate covers, for each country and cart size, with a link to the profile to fix. It never changes your shipping settings. See Gapscout on the Shopify App Store.
