Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-18. Between Raul Tuozzo (NIF 04791273M), trading as Small Gears, and the business that installs one of our apps (“you”).

1. The service

Our apps are for businesses using Shopify. We provide each app as described in its listing. We work with reasonable care and skill to keep the apps running and correct; this is an obligation of means, not of result, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

2. Your responsibilities

Our reports help you check your own setup. You decide what to change in your store, and you remain responsible for your store's settings and prices.

3. Fees

Paid plans are billed by Shopify under its terms. You can change or cancel your plan in the app at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, as handled by Shopify.

4. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the apps is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost sales. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or gross negligence.

5. Data

Our Data Processing Addendum applies and forms part of these terms. See also the privacy policy.

6. Changes and ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice in the app; if you don't agree, you can uninstall. We may retire an app with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Law

Spanish law applies. Courts: those of the operator's domicile, unless mandatory rules say otherwise.
